We will leave the Bean on May 10, 2021, time around 9:00, and proceed along I5 at your own pace, directions will be provided, to the Westley Rest Stop on I5 for a regroup...Our next stop will be the Casa De Fruta...Phil's Fish Market at Moss Landing will be our lunch stop...From home to Santa Nella is all freeway and from there the trip is backroads and two lane...Please travel at your own pace as we all have differing rates of travel...We will regroup at each rest stop...Then, after lunch, on to Carmel together, so no one gets lost, and eventually check into Clint Eastwoods Carmel Mission Ranch Hotel...Rooms vary in price from around $145 to whatever...Your choice...Rooms sell out fast and long in advance...We are booked in the Farmhouse...The Farmhouse and the Main Barn are the most economical with 12 rooms under $210 and most way below that...Dinner is at 6:00 at Tarpey's Roadhouse...Click HERE for the menu...

Day two is up in the air still due to COVID restrictions...The drive down PCH is cancelled due to the fact that it fell into the ocean...Working on alternate plans...That afternoon there will be a get together at the Farmhouse in the living room for all interested. Wine, cheese and BYOB are possibilities...We will eat dinner at Clint's restaurant on the grounds in random groups of six or less...The music in the piano bar is top rate and the food is really first class...The view to Point Lobos is spectacular...The piano bar is fun and the food on the bar menu is great...

Day three is breakfast where ever If you choose to stay in Carmel and shop or whatever, please do...A plan to stop at Canepas in Scotts Valley for a little eye candy car museum, showroom floor and workshop is in the works...From Canepa we will drive home on our own...

Timing for the rooms is everything at this point...You need to call the Ranch Reservation line directly...The number is 831-624-6436...Do NOT mention the Corvette Club...They in the past have tried to have group sales handle this and that involves making a deposit and signing a contract and providing guarentees with credit cards from the group organizer...No way...Just make a reservation for yourself...We are reserving a room in the Farmhouse building with the common living area...
