We will be leaving from the usual Taco Bell location for Cut Thoat Brewing Company in Markleeville for burgers and whatever...We will leave around 9:30 for a run up Gopher Flat and Highway 88 past Caples and Silver Lakes through Hope Valley....The menu is here...This will not be a relaxed drive but a safe and fun run up into the Sierras where you can enjoy your car as it was designed to be used...Since this will be a Thursday run there will be little traffic...This will not be a particularly passenger friendly drive but all are welcome...Directions will be provided...No need to RSVP but a mention that you will be coming would be appreciated so we do not leave anyone wishing to join us behind...As a bonus some of us will choose to take the long way home through Ebbetts Pass and Murphys, a drive of about 3 more hours....
