On Friday, July 23 - meet at Bel Air at 8:30 am, depart at 9:00 am.

The CHP Academy address is 3500 Reed Avenue, W. Sacramento - approximate drive is 35 minutes/30 miles.

A map will be distributed at Bel Air that day.  Here is what the CHP tour will consist of:

10:00 to 11:00 am - Tour the museum, fountain, classrooms, PX and gym.

11:00 to 12:00 pm - Tour the Emergency Vehicle Observation Course (EVOC) where they will give skid pad rides and maybe let some folks drive those cars.

Plus, a couple of “lucky ones” will get a high-speed ride on the track.

12:00 to 1:00 pm - Lunch in their cafeteria (bring $5.00/each in cash)
